In Falco’s footsteps: AEZ redefines Viennese Originals
In 2026, Vienna celebrates a special anniversary: 40 years of “Rock me Amadeus”. Falco’s number one hit in the US charts. To mark this milestone, the premium brand AEZ is presenting a project that redefines the boundaries between tradition and modernity.
Under the title “Viennese Originals”, a classic Viennese horse-drawn carriage (Fiaker) has been converted into a rolling brand ambassador. What makes it special is that the carriage is fitted with modern 23-inch AEZ Tokyo alloy wheels. This deliberate break with tradition combines the city’s historical heritage with progressive automotive design.

Experience Vienna as a couple in exclusive style: your flight and hotel are already booked. The absolute highlight? A tour in the legendary AEZ Hotrod Fiaker – surely the coolest way to follow in Falco’s footsteps in Vienna. And of course, the world-famous Wienerschnitzel, Sachertorte and a Viennese café are a must… of course, all served personally in the carriage.

A winner was selected by random drawing from among 7,898 international participants, including a guest from Germany. The prize will be redeemed in late October in Vienna with AEZ Fiaker, following in the footsteps of Mozart and Falco, and enjoying schnitzel and Sachertorte
